1/5/2024 - DOG PNEUMONIA UPDATE:

If your dog is showing any symptoms of illness such as coughing, extra nasal discharge, lethargy, eye discharge or diarrhea - please reach out to reschedule your appointment for when your pup is feeling better.

There is much we do not know about the pneumonia such as how exactly it is contracted or how long it survives on surfaces. Therefore, we are taking every precaution to keep your pet as safe as possible. All contact surfaces and equipment are sanitized after each pet. We will provide updates as we receive more information from trusted veterinary sources.

Information about your upcoming appointment

  • Reminder texts: You'll receive a reminder text 7 and 3 days prior to your appointment. If you have to reschedule, no worries! Please do so at that time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancel fee.

  • Arrival Window: Arrival time is a window since current conditions of pets and traffic are often unpredictable.

  • Before Arriving: Your groomer will text you with an ETA when they are heading your way. This is a great time to take your pet out for a quick walk to do their business. This will ensure they have a more comfortable grooming experience as some grooms for large or curly coated dogs can take up to two hours.

  • Pricing: Service pricing is subject to change depending on the current coat condition and behavior of the pet. Your groomer will do an assessment at check in and will update the services as needed. Your groomer may contact you during the service for updates and health information.

  • Tangles, matting or coat that cannot be brushed out: If there is coat that cannot be run through with a comb, we will likely shave out these spots or reset the coat (very short/shaved all over). In the best interest of your pet, we do not do brush out de-matting as it tugs at the skin and causes too much discomfort.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. You will be sent a link to pay online via debit or credit card when the services are completed. We also take payments via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, checks and cash. We can also charge a card on file with a set optional gratuity if requested for a quicker drop off.

  • Gratuity: Tipping your groomer is never required but always appreciated.

  • Provide a preferred frequency and we'll set up a tentative schedule based on your pet's individual grooming needs.

  • At each appointment, you'll verify your next appointment day/time and be all set. When you set up a recurring schedule, you'll get a $10 loyalty discount on all upcoming appointments!

  • You may notify us any time to end your schedule by replying CANCEL ALL to the reminder text. If 3 appointments are cancelled in a row with no rebooking, we will get the hint and remove all upcoming appointments. Feel free to book again whenever you are ready.
