The Routine: You’ll receive reminder texts 7 days and 3 days before your visit.
Need to reschedule? Please do so when you receive these alerts.
Late Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee.

Timing: Because traffic and previous pet coats can be unpredictable, our arrival time is an estimated window.
On Our Way: Your groomer will text you an exact ETA when heading your direction.
Potty Break: Please take your pet out for a quick walk right after getting the ETA text. Grooms can take up to 2 hours for large or curly-coated breeds, and a bathroom break ensures they stay comfortable!

Condition-Based Pricing: Final pricing depends on your pet's current coat condition and behavior. Your groomer will perform a hands-on assessment at check-in.
Our Matting Policy: In the best interest of your pet’s comfort, we do not perform painful brush-out de-matting. If a coat cannot be smoothly combed through, we will safely shave out the mats or reset the coat to a short, even length.
Communication: Your groomer may contact you during the service with health updates or adjustments.

When It's Due: Payment is required upon completion of the service.
Ways to Pay: We accept online credit/debit card links, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, checks, and cash.
Express Checkout: For ultimate convenience, we can keep a card securely on file and automatically apply a set gratuity rate.
Gratuity: Tipping your groomer is never required, but always deeply appreciated!
